2022 Azienda Agricola Cos Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico Sicily, Italy Wurttemberg Harvest in the first part60% Nero d'Avola, 40% Frappato Organic certified SOIL: Red soil of medium consistency; made up of subalpine sands composed of limestone and silica. VITICULTURE: Hand harvested. Vines average 25 years of age. VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast. AGING: Aged in Slavonian oak botti for one year followed by one year in concrete.
