Farmed with organic and regenerative, polyculture & agro forestry methods. Vinified and aged for 7 months in steel tank and old wooden tank. The Calcinaires Blanc bottling from Grard and Lionel Gauby is made from a blend of Macabeu, Vermentino, Chardonnay, and Muscat, fermented and aged in stainless steel.
