Vignier 'Ora Alba' Grand Cru Brut, Champagne, France NV Esprit de Pavie Drink now through 2025This 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay is a blend of several grand cru vineyards in Chouilly, Oiry and Cramant. This blend reflects Vignier's vision of what the northern Cte des Blancs looks like with its chalk, marl and clay soils. The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel before the assemblage is aged a minimum of 6 years en tirage before disgorgement.
