2024 Matassa Tommy Ferriol Rouge, Vin de France Robert Chevillon In the OESFFKA as Brutal Rouge. Unique blend of Syrah and Muscat Petit Grains from 30 year old vines grown in marl soils by Tom Lubbe in the Rousillon. Whole cluster, four day maceration. White and red grapes are co fermented. The wine is then pressed and racked into fiberglass for fermentation and aging.
