It's raised in topped up barrels (no veil here) for a clean, terroir driven expression that shows what Jura Chardonnay can do. The Courbet family has farmed since 1869 and works biodynamically on the slopes below Chateau Chalon, with Jean Marie and Damien at the helm. The 2023 is precise and mineral, all
