Its a profound terroir defined by limestone, made famous to us years ago by a small biodynamic winery, Pyramid Valley. The wines moved me deeply and made me pay attention. They grew into cult status, the original owner passed away and the wines seemingly disappeared. But, under new ownership,the same limestone driven wines have been brought back to life. With the same strict
