Du Cropio Damis Ciro Riserva, Calabria, Italy 2015 Cavas Castillo de Perelada S.A. and violetsDense and grippy red wine from Gaglioppo grape. The Damis is the most profound wine of the domaine and comes from steep hillside vineyards above and around the village of Ciro. An extended fermentation is followed by a long elevage in large barrel. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
