2024 Gilbert Picq Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Burgundy, France La Grange de l'Oncle Charles Vintage: 2017 HarvestFrom three plots of vines that are all over 50 years old, sitting on clay and limestone (Kimmeridgian) soils. All hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts.
