2023 Chateau Tour des Gendres 'Cantalouette' Blanc IGP Perigord, France Le Puy Grains of Paradise – WestThe vines grow on loamy and clayey limestone soil, which gives the wines a fine minerality, and on a mixture of sand and loam that supports the fruitiness and creaminess. Soils Clay, loam, and sand Harvest & Vinification The grapes are macerated for 48 hours, after which they were fermented at 18C in stainless steel.
