2025 Domaine de Triennes Rose France IGP Normandy the vines are mostly dry-farmedFounded by Jacques Seysses (Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (DRC), Triennes farms limestone hills in the Var and makes a pale, dry ros led by Cinsault with Grenache and Syrah. The fruit is night harvested, pressed directly, and fermented cold in stainless steel (no oak, no malolactic) before a short lees rest and an early bottling to lock in freshness.
