2022 David Trousselle Bourgogne Aligote, Burgundy, France Cati Ribot chestnut honeyA 1990 planting of 1. 67 hectares of Aligote in Trousselle's home village of Orches in the upper cliffs of the Hautes Cotes de Beaunes. Soil is a mix of Clay and limestone. Organically farmed, all hand harvested. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak.
