Soil: Clay limestone with outcrops of Campanian chalk Elevation: 190 meters for Bateau and 170 meters for Chemin de Chalons Vinification: Slow fermentation in barrels, aging on lees Maturation: 54 months Arrives late Feb or early March 2026.
