2021 Domaine Julien Cruchandeau Bouzeron Aligote Cuvee Massale, Burgundy, France Francois Chidaine racking during cold temps forA one hectare vineyard site. Hillsides with steep slopes (30%). Fermented for about 20 days in stainless steel vats with native yeast. Aged for eight months, 90% tanks and 10% in new barrels from the forest at Bouzeron (Fort de Fontaine), then blended.
