Guinea Hen Education Classes take place on SundaysOur guinea hen comes from Grimaud Farm in the Sonoma Valley. Each guinea hen weighs approximately 3 to 3. 5 lbs each (slightly smaller than chickens) and serves two to three people. Note: May come frozen. Please order at least a day before if you'd like us to thaw it for pick up delivery. If you'd like your guinea hen custom cut (not available if frozen), please leave a note for us on the checkout page.
