Guiborat Champagne BdN Extra Brut Prohibition NV ['21 Base] 2025 L'Assemblage Part 2 aromatic and deliciousProhibition is Guiborat's statement wine: 100% Pinot Meunier from vines planted between 1964 and 1968, aged sur latte for a minimum of 32 months before disgorgement. With a base from the 2021 vintage, the wine channels old vine power and complexity, fermented with 20% oak aging to deepen its profile. Pale and energetic on the palate with notes of raspberries, underripe strawberries, and croissants, finishing with white flower and herbal precision.
