Fossil & Fawn's take on a 'Gemischter Satz' style bottling this single site white blend comes from old plantings (37 50 years) on the red volcanic soils of Sunnyside Vineyard, just south of Salem, OR. The Auxerrois and Gewrztraminer were picked on the same day and pressed together.
