Part of the Barrel Select series under Dr. Bill Lumsden's direction, this starts with more than 10 years in American white oak bourbon barrels, then transfers to the Calvados casks where Norman apple brandy character melds with Highland malt. The apple influence is unmistakablebaked apple, pear, jasminelayered over Glenmorangie's
