2022 Cacique Maravilla 'Vino Naranja' Moscatel de Alejandria, Yumbel, Chile Burgundy Red SylvanerThe fruit is about 30% botrytis, 2 months in skin contact and spontaneous yeast fermentation in concrete. Vines are dry farmed and grown organically over volcanticsoils. There is no movement on the skins or lees and the wine finishes and settles in stainless tanks for several months before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2
