2022 Bodegas Cota 45 UBE de Uberrima Las Vegas Carrascal, Spain Salvo Foti producing fine Chardonnay and PinotA field blend of Palomino Fino, Palomino Jerez and Palomino Pelusn from a single vineyard called Via Las Vegas planted in 1903 on Albarizas de Lentejuelas in the Pago de Carrascal (Sanlcar) at 55 meters elevation facing west towards the Atlantic Ocean. Released around 2 years after harvest, this Pago and type of chalk usually produces wines of distinctive elegance and finesse. This wine is pre arrival and will land late April.
