2022 Enfield Wine Co. 'Citrine' Chardonnay California, USA Vincent Couche Age of the vines: 30-50Citrine is a gemstone of yellow quartz. Citrine Chardonnay is made with an eye towards a balance of golden California sun and a gentle kiss of minerality. Vineyards: Blend of four different vineyards with an average age of almost 40 years. The base of the blend (50%) is a block of 42 year old, own rooted vines at Rorick Heritage Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills. The blend also includes fruit from Haynes, Heron Lake & Brosseau vineyards. Vinification:
