Beckers Sptlese have less residual sugar (by probably 20 30 grams?) than nearly everyone elses the 23 Bildstock has just over 20 grams, total. (Consider that a wine like Lauer's "Barrel X" has about 18 grams.) Yet here we have lower acids and more alcohol, so the wines have texture and bite. Seriously, this is a Sptlese to have with
