Her first cellar experience at 19 was vinifying her fathers muscat plantings in Nicholas Mariotti Bindis cellar, and shes since launched her own organic estate in Patrimonio. Like her mentor, she works naturally making bright, aromatic wines. This quaffer is shortly macerated and pressed straight to tank, but made more serious by the terroir and the integrity of her farming.
