Thanks to some new information I have discovered this was probably a 1980's commerically available retail poster

title written on the back of the left edge in pink felt pen (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit)

very slight Browning to the back of the center vertical fold line and back of the edges of the top and center horizontal folds (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit… Other than a little at the edges of the fold lines)

Small dent in the top edge (right of center)
