This is a “duet” of 4 year and 8 year MGP 95/5 rye

Casè 'Casebianco' Emilia-Romagna, Italy Enzo Boglietti ” — Ross + Bee500 meter elevation above the trebbia river in Emiglia. Malvasia, Marsanne, Ortugo and Moscato Limestone gravel soils. 15,20 and 40 year old vines 300 liters out of 10,000 were carbonically macerated and the rest fermented in stainless. Then all macerated in layers for 40 days. Elevage in Stainless
