After leaving professional skateboarding, Arto Saari has immersed himself in photography. He started skateboarding in the early 1990s in the shade of buildings designed by Alvar Aalto in the centre of the city of Seinjoki. After turning sixteen, he moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue a career as a professional skateboarder. In the early 2000s,
