2019 Insula Vinus Verdelho, Azores, Portugal Pierre Gerbais this Vineyard was once below100% Verdelho The fruit comes from both Paulo's vineyards on the southern side of the mountain in So Mateus and from old vines along the western coast in Crioo Velha. It is fermented and aged sur lies for about two years in small horizontal tanks.
