Description
The gently Northeast facing 12-acres of Pinot Noir form a small part of the 570-acre grazing farm
The wine aged for 11 months in barrique without racking and bottled unfiltered with a tiny dose of sulfur
Parcels vinified separately in inox and apoxy lined tanks
We achieve this on a micro scale by selecting small parcels of fruit from every combination of rootstock/scion
