2018 Domaine de l'Octavin "Hip Hip J" VDF Poulsard Ireland “Pinot GrisPoulsard from Arbois guided by Alices touch. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for ten days, before being pressed off to cuve for a years rest. A beautiful shade of brick in the glass, this has soaring aromas of red fruits, blood orange and spice, a hint of tannin and a zippy, invigorating finish.
