Love & Terroir sources from a small sandy parcel on the Melville estate in the Sta. Rita Hills, where the nutrient starved soil keeps the vines struggling and the fruit intense. Fermented with 80% whole clusters and left on skins and stems for 35 days, it comes out with the peppery, savory, borderline feral character that cool climate Syrah
