Cultivation Method: Vines have been undergoing organic conversion for several years. Certified "In Conversion to Organic"; since late 2019. Vinification: Hand harvested with a yield of approximately 25 hl ha. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks. Aged in oak barrels using the *ouillage* (topping up) method to highlight the floral aromas typical of this grape
