This bottling is taken from the first commercial Cayuga planting in the Finger Lakes
The cuvee 'En Buliet' comes from the first parcel that the couple first acquired in 1998: some of these wines vines were planted in the early 1930s
This was followed by four months in stainless steel on fine lees
