Small Butcher Basket Voucher lamb and pork cuts: 3-4Our small butcher basket is 12 pounds of meatperfect for a small household. It includes a mix of beef, lamb and pork cuts: 3 4 lbs. of steaks and or chops, 5 6 lbs. of larger roasting and or braising cuts and 3 lbs. of ground meat. All the meat featured in our baskets comes from the whole animals that we source from within 150 miles of Berkeley. Meat is pasture raised, antibiotic and hormone free, and purchased directly from farmers and ranchers who
