2021 Arndorfer Martha Rouge (Skin Ferment), Kamptal, Austria New York nettles and coriander are maceratedCertified Organic. Whole cluster Zweigelt co fermented with crushed Sauvignon Blanc. Maceration on the Sauvignon Blanc and Zweigelt skins for fourteen days; then pressed off and aged for six months in used French oak. 8 mg l SO2 added before bottling.
