The Dorothy Dress, 1970’s, 30” Bust Lue We love this oneThere's "no place" like a picnic in a dress that fully embodies the cottage core vibes of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. With ruffle details on the straps that create a V shape down the front of the piece and a tie at the waist, all you'll need is the red slippers to complete the look. The piece has blue gingham on the entirety of it, minus the ruffles. Fabric overall has little to no stretch, but there is an elastic at the waist to provide some
