Cascina Penna-Currado Barbera d'Alba Superiore Carra 2023 NO UPC Its final composition is 51%This cuve comes from the sun soaked Carr vineyard in Monforte d'Alba, where old vines planted in 1965 merge with younger parcels in naturally biodiverse terrain. Seven days of cold maceration and whole cluster fermentation in traditional botti create concentrated fruit without overripenessplums and blueberries with spicy character. The altitude and direct Alps exposure keep acidity vibrant, making this simultaneously modern and classically structured.
