The Pineau d'Aunis vines are scattered amongst many Bellivière parcels and range in age from 25 to 45 years old

About 70% of the production is Cabernet Franc and 30% Chenin Blanc

NV Franz Strohmeier, TLZ 'Gelb No.7' Steiermark, Austria Folium 2014 Domaine Hauvette Les BauxChardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc the grapes are harvested by hand with a careful selection of only very healthy and ripe bunches. The grapes spend a couple of hours on skins, are gently pressed. Spontaneously fermented and matured for 10 months in used 300 liter wooden oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulfur added.
