Antique 18th Century French Oak Country Parquetry Refectory Dining Table 1680 Paintings the bronze figure is silveredA good antique French late 17th century country oak refectory, dining table, circa 1680. The table with a overhanging parquetry top, and having a shaped skirt on all four sides. The table is raised on baluster 'cup & cover' shaped legs. The table is joined on all sides with a stretcher, the stretchers show 350 years use! The table is of joined & pegged construction throughout. The table has just lovingly received a coat of wax in Bloomsbury's
