The olfactory bouquet opens with fruity notes of pineapple and ripe peach, and then turns to honey, ginger and memories of pastry and yeast. Floral nuances of jasmine and hints of toasted hazelnuts complete the picture on the nose. The palate is voluminous and creamy, then fragrant and fresh, pleasantly savory and of excellent balance overall. Long persistence.
