2023 Tercet (Marc Soyard) Marsannay, Cote de Nuits, France Hampden in January 2020Organic, 100% Pinot Noir from a South Facing parcel of old guyot trained vines in the South of Marsannay. The soil is clay and limestone over Oolithic and Comblachien sub soils. The fruit is fermented whole cluster and spontaneously and pressed into barrel ( used and new). Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without additional SO2. Arrives 05 01 2026.
