Equal parts Aurora and Aromella, Our second vintage for this bottling! Named after a Dominican folktale of a man eating forest banshee, La Ciguapa is equal parts Aromella and Aurora. After two weeks on the skins, La Ciguapa aged for one year in used oak barrels and conditioned in bottle for another year. Minimal sulfur added at press.
