OP135: Opuntia species 'Dance Hall Rock' apricot flowers This variety makes a greatNEW. This is a unique Opuntia from Grand Staircase Escalante, Utah. The plump, elongated pads suggest polyacantha hybridized with basilaris but who knows? Huge, deep pink flowers crown the plant in June. Short, even cinnamon red spines and glochids cloak the pads. Found growing at Dance Hall Rock in the land of the Arches over 40 years ago, it gradually made its way into our collection. 10 inches tall by 48 inches wide. Hardy to zone 5. Sold in 2. 5
