Aged 14 years on-site in Barbados in ex–bourbon and ex–Madeira casks

’ The soils in this 4 ha cluster of vineyards are clay-limestone and granite with pebbles

who have maintained a CCOF organic certification for their vineyard since 1990

2022 Cascina Lieto 'Sage' Rosso, Piedmont, Italy Guillot-Broux New addition to the HaruFrom the tiny, organic micro estate of Hiroto & Rie Sasaki in Castiglione Tinella, this is a field blend red built on Barbera Grosso and Freisa, grown on clay limestone loess hills and hand harvested in micro lots. The fruit is fermented with native yeasts in open top vats using gentle daily pump overs, then aged in neutral barrels and vats (no new oak), bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with very light sulfur.
