2010 Charles Dufour (Francoise Martinot) Françøise² Champagne, France Albert Boxler Soil: Limestone and clay calcareousCertified Organic. 100% Pinot Noir taken Neuville sur Seine, 100% vintage 2010. Indigenous yeast ferment of the vin clair, malolactic fermentation completes, followed by one years aging on lees without filtration in neutral barriques. Bottled with liqueur de tirage in October 2011. No dosage, disgorged a la vole in December 2022 after 11 years on lees in bottle.
