Most of the original vines have died off by now and we have recently been replanting with lesser-known French varietals such as Gamay and Savagnin
and a lingering sweetness
Aroma: light spices and pepper mixed with a slight fruitiness and hints of vanilla

Orientation Varying expositions at 290 420 meters in elevation. Soil Varying. Viticulture Hand harvested. Vinification Destemmed and gently pressed. Aging Aged for five to six months on the lees. Production approximately 3,750 cases produced.
