2022 Domaine Jacques-Frederic Mugnier Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru, Cote de Nuits, France Anima Mundi 2016 Chateau de Bois-Brincon Anjou0. 36 ha (0. 89 ac) Variety: Pinot Noir Vine Age: Planted in 1988, 1961 and 1980 Terroir: Narrow strip of vineyard along the top of the slope Viticulture: Sustainable Vinification: 100% de stemmed, 15 20 day ambient yeast fermentation and maceration in open wooden vats. Aged for 18 months in barrel (15% new oak). Racked twice. Transferred in April to stainless steel tanks to age for 3 additional months. Bottled in June July. SO2 additions before
