Whole Duck Poultry A selection of housemade patesOur Organic ducks are raised by Jim Reichardt, a fourth generation duck farmer, at Sonoma County Poultry. These Liberty Ducks are a strain of Pekin, receive no antibiotics or added hormones and are fed an organic diet that consists largely of corn and other grains.
