2024 Jonas Dostert 'Pure Dolomite' (Chardonnay/Elbling), Mosel, Germany Stefano Amerighi 37% Baker Lane and 16%This year's Pure Dolomite also consists of around 60% Chardonnay and 40% Elbling. Here too, the Elbling brings this watery element to the wine. The Chardonnay adds some power and fullness. I maintain that this is the only Chardonnay Elbling wine in the world. Jonas Dostert
