it was fermented to dryness on its skins for nine days and was raised in stainless steel

2020 Joan d'Anguera Planella Montsant, Spain Piedrasassi French oak 228L and 270LHand harvested in the morning. Whole cluster fermentation with natural yeast during 15 21 days for Syrah and 30 35 days for Carinyena. The wine is aged in used barrels for 12 months. No oenological product used. No filtration.
