The background paper is an old French letter, dated 1867. There are remains of a wax seal on the paper. The hand is cut from a vintage translucent paper. The heart is from an old pale pink, French paper. A soft blue French paper used for the cuff. Antique velvet frames are getting harder to find at affordable prices. This one is a shabby chic, worn frame. The back has a
