Description
just two words: "beau garçon" (but with the wrong accent on the c I believe)
Always learning
I found this pair of real photo postcards in New Hampshire this week and thought--think--they're really cool--including as reminders of how quickly technological innovation transforms society
A total charmer of an old handmade rolling toy I think
Woman with Fan and Bustle, 1886 Signed Ink Drawing, Mounted as Found porcelain owl just two words: "beau garçon"Dressed for the opera it would appear, fascinator on her head and fan dangling from one gloved finger. I love her in all of her finery, finely rendered in black ink. Makes me think a bit of Aubrey Beardley's women from the same era. Signed E. Miller (I believe that is an E) and dated Feb. 86 at lower left. 5 1 2" x 3 1 2". Good condition, mounted to backing paper, as found, with a few scattered small stains toning and a bit of glue stain at top left
